Chris founded Coaching to Leadership to fulfill his passion for helping people develop to their full potential and become the best leaders they can be.
An experienced global business executive, Chris’s career has taken him around the world, leading teams on five continents. He has broad and deep experience in many business functions from procurement to customer services. He has led change management programs, developed and deployed IT strategy, enabled business transformation, and streamlined finance practices and reporting to give better visibility of critical data for decision making.
Early in his career at Rolls-Royce Chris was involved in development training and quickly realized that investing in people and relationships is a key component for success in any business. As his career took him from aerospace to mining with Rio Tinto, this focus on developing people and values driven leadership was unwavering.
Chris’s global experience has driven his belief in the greater value delivered by inclusive and diverse workplaces. His compassion extends beyond the corporate to the not-for-profit world where Chris holds Board positions with community organizations, including past leadership of The Road Home, Utah’s largest housing and homeless services charity.
Ultimately Chris sees his most important role as being a good male role model for his two daughters and inspiring them to follow their dreams with courage and passion.
